**Role Overview**

We are looking for an experienced **Finance Manager** to lead the overall finance function of the company. This role will report directly to the Director and manage a team of 5. The Finance Manager will be responsible for financial planning & analysis, reporting, treasury, and providing strategic insights to support the company’s business growth in the quarry and construction-related industries.

**Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)**
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Conduct variance analysis, performance reviews, and provide insights to senior management.
- Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and business opportunities.

**Financial Reporting & Control**
- Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with MFRS.
- Manage accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, FA, and intercompany transactions.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
- Implement and maintain strong internal controls and compliance processes.

**Cash Flow & Treasury Management**
- Manage cash flow and liquidity for operational and investment needs.
- Oversee relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Monitor foreign exchange exposure and implement hedging strategies if required.

**Strategic Contribution**
- Provide financial advice for key decision-making and business growth.
- Partner with other departments to improve business performance and efficiency.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects such as system implementation or process improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- **Professional qualification required**: ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or MIA membership.
- Minimum **10 years of finance & accounting experience**, with at least **5 years in a managerial role**.
- Strong knowledge of **Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS)**, tax laws, and company law.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to provide strategic recommendations.

**Benefits & Compensation**
- RM8,000 - RM12,000
- Medical reimbursement up to RM1,000/year
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm), Saturday (8:30am - 1:00pm)

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
