**Job Summary**:
The Chief Security Officer / House Detective is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the safety and security of the shopping complex, its tenants, employees, and visitors. This role involves managing security personnel, implementing security protocols, preventing theft and fraud, conducting investigations, and coordinating with law enforcement when necessary.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
- Supervise and coordinate security personnel, including scheduling shifts and assigning duties.
- Monitor surveillance systems and conduct patrols to deter shoplifting, vandalism, and other criminal activities.
- Investigate theft, fraud, and other security breaches within the shopping complex.
- Conduct undercover operations when necessary to identify internal or external threats.
- Prepare detailed reports on security incidents and follow up with law enforcement if needed.
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies, fire departments, and other relevant authorities.
- Ensure compliance with local security regulations and safety standards.
- Build strong relationships with tenants and management to foster a secure shopping environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in security management, loss prevention, or law enforcement.
- Strong knowledge of security operations, surveillance systems, and emergency response.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically fit and able to perform patrol duties when required.
- Background in security, criminology, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in a retail, shopping mall, or hospitality environment is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
