The Executives shall daily monitor the security guards at the respective posts, in their zone. I. The Executives shall also deploy replacement guards to site, immediately, or within an hour should there be any absenteeism. They may contact the Branch / Operation Manager or Assistant Operation Manager for assistance and strictly follow any advise given. II. The Executives shall be very firm when it involves a disciplinary issue regarding the Base / Site Supervisors or any security guard/s. He shall quickly act to diffuse any negative situation and also notify his/hers, Immediate Superior immediately, for further advice. III. The Executives shall also visit the client's site regularly to ensure that the Security Guards are on duty, and responsible. He shall also discuss with the client at random, to ascertain if they are satisfied with the services provided.All such meetings shall be minuted and a copy filed at the Office, for the Branch/Operation Manager's attention. IV. During each site visit, the visiting Executives shall sign in the Security Guard's Daily 'œLog book'
- on Site and ensure that all instructions are logged in Log Book
