**Site Supervisor**

**Location**: Selangor / Klang Valley
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate all site works including architectural, structural, civil, and M&E trades.
- Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, method statements, and safety standards.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient utilization and smooth workflow.
- Conduct daily inspections of work progress, quality, and site safety compliance.
- Verify and record site progress, prepare daily reports, and assist in preparing site documentation for inspections and claims.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to resolve site issues promptly.
- Enforce good housekeeping, waste management, and environmental control within the site.
- Ensure proper protection of completed works and compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Assist in authority and consultant inspections and support project handover documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate or Diploma in **Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering**, or equivalent technical qualification.
- **5-8 years** relevant experience in building or infrastructure projects; strong background in site supervision and coordination.
- Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications accurately.
- Familiar with construction sequencing, quality control, and site safety requirements.
- Knowledge of authority inspection procedures and CCC/Form G processes is an advantage.
- Proficient in basic computer skills (MS Office) and report writing.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be willing to work full-time at project site and lead site activities independently.
