As an **Events Executive**, you’ll be the driving force behind our event operations — coordinating with teams and partners to plan, execute, and wrap up events seamlessly. You’ll work across a wide range of events from corporate to creative with opportunities to contribute ideas and even take the lead on your dream event concepts. **Who We're Looking For | Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Diploma/Bachelor’s degree** in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field **is a plus, not mandatory**:

- **Previous experience** in event planning or coordination **is a plus but not essential**:

- Exceptional **time management, organization and verbal & written communication skills.**:

- Ability to **work well with others and are open to feedback** and improving constantly.
- **Flexibility** to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as event schedules demand.
- Proficient with **Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)**

**What You’ll Be Doing | Responsibilities**:

- **Plan and execute events** from concept through completion
- **Liaise with vendors, venues, and suppliers** for bookings, logistics, and timelines
- **Oversee** the setup, event execution, and teardown
- **Handle documentation** including schedules, inventories, and expense tracking
- **Maintain clear & timely communications** with clients and internal teams
- **Participate in post-event evaluations** and suggest improvements
