**Who We’re Looking For | Qualifications & Requirements**
- **Diploma/Bachelor’s** in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field **is a plus, not mandatory**:

- **Previous experience** in business development, client engagement, or sales **is a plus, not mandatory**:

- **Strong verbal** and **written** communication skills in **English**:

- **Comfortable reaching out** to prospects, attending networking events, and **initiating conversations**:

- **Strategic thinker** with an ability to craft value propositions that **resonate with client needs**:

- Highly **organized**, **self-motivated**, and **persistent**:

- Proficient in Google Workspace (**Docs, Sheets, Slides**)
- **Fresh grads**or **those transitioning in their careers** are welcome, as long as you're **eager to learn and engage**.

**What You’ll Be Doing | Responsibilities**
- **Identify and reach out to potential clients** who align with our marketing and event solutions
- **Build** and **maintain strong relationships** with prospects and partners
- **Collaborate with internal teams** to prepare proposals, pitch decks, and presentations
- **Represent the company** at relevant networking events or meetings
- **Maintain** an **organized sales pipeline**, follow-ups, and reporting
- **Support content and campaign efforts** that attract inbound business interest if required
- **Offer strategic insights** to refine our business development processes
- **Continuously research** industry trends, competitors, and market insights **to improve** strategies and personal effectiveness in business development
