**Business Support Executive**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the CEO with executing assigned tasks and projects, with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
- Conduct research on assigned industries, competitors, regulations, or markets
- Coordinate and manage small ad-hoc projects (internal or client-related) with clear follow-through
- Prepare clear documentation, reports, and updates on assigned work
- Be flexible and adaptable to take on different kinds of tasks

**Qualifications**:

- No degree or tertiary education is required, but having any is a plus
- Experience with project coordination, research, or admin work is a plus
- Have a positive can-do mindset to be resourceful to gets things done
- Independent and fast learner with high accountability
- Strong verbal and written communication in English
- Detail-oriented and organized, even under pressure or changing situations
- Able to work directly with the CEO with mínimal supervision
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, & Slides)
