**The Project Architect** is responsible for architectural design planning and implementation of the assigned projects. Ultimately, you will be assisting in developing design plans and monitoring the project implementation at all construction stages to ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Manage small-scale projects or assist the Lead/Senior Architect on larger projects.
- Design, check and calculate all assigned architectural matters.
- Supervise and examine design drawings produced by draughtsman.
- Supervise Graduate Architect and assist senior team members with the analysis of information, production of designs and computations.
- Accountable for submitting high-quality work accurately including routine letters, reports, standard documentation, presentations, etc.
- Accountable for providing all information in an articulate and organised manner within the agreed timeframe.
- Execute and maintain plans and systems related to design and ISO for all projects.
- Conduct tender interviews and analysis when required.
- Manage site coordination, review and inspection.
- Monitor construction works of contractors and construction personnel.
- Manage the liaison with clients, consultants and local authorities.
- Prepare, maintain and manage architectural drawings, documents, and other related data in an organized manner.
- Ensure the BIM input and output are accurate and able to generate information and quantity for verification purposes.
- Monitor design aspects of the construction works to ensure the sites implement the respective designs according to the endorsed design drawings.
- Ensure the building design is in compliance with all the local authority requirements and meet the timeline to obtain CCC.

**To be successful for the role**:

- Master’s Degree/Degree in Architecture or other equivalent fields.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience as a full-time Engineer, with construction site or consultancy experience related to M&E design and layout.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Revit and BIM.

Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month
