Job Responsibilities

Graduate Architects

  • Assist in concept development, design presentations, and project documentation.
  • Work closely with senior team members to learn design and technical processes.
  • Participate in project coordination and client meetings.
  • Support compliance with LAM Part III requirements.

Project Architects

  • Lead design development and manage project execution.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients.
  • Ensure design intent is translated effectively from concept to completion.
  • Oversee technical drawings, material selection, and site coordination.

Senior Architects (Salary negotiable out of range)

  • Lead and mentor teams across multiple projects.
  • Provide design direction and ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
  • Conduct project reviews, oversee quality control, and drive innovation.
  • Represent the firm in high-level client and stakeholder meetings.

Salary listed is indicative. Higher remuneration is available based on experience and expertise.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • Open to architects with years of work experience.
  • Possess flair in design and technical knowledge
  • Required skill(s) : Microsoft Office, Auto CAD, Sketch up
  • Proficiency in Revit
  • BIM Modeler & Interior Design experience is an advantage
  • Understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
  • Great communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exposure to project management concepts and ability to manage tasks within timelines.
