**Job Title**: IT Recruiter
**Location**: KL Sentral, Malaysia
**Salary**: Competitive, based on experience + Commission

**About Us**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source and attract IT professionals through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.)
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal teams and clients
- Maintain accurate records in the recruitment system

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition
- Familiarity with IT roles, technologies, and the latest trends in the tech industry
- Strong sourcing skills using platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and social media
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

**Nice-to-Have**:

- Experience working with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
- Basic knowledge of coding languages or technical frameworks
- Prior experience recruiting for different IT specialties (software development, cybersecurity, cloud computing, etc.)
