IT - Patch Management Executive/ IT Support

1) Prepare and download the identified patch and firmware from the principal portal

2) Keep up to date with the scheduled / periodical patches / firmware release by the principal

3) Review and asses the new patches that are released

4) Download the new patches / firmware and obtain for approval for implementation

5) Plan and coordinate with server team / vendors on the backup

6) Check physical hardware status

7) Manage the server team / vendors when they implement / deploy as per schedule including after office hours and weekend

8) Collect patch report

10) Rollback plan

11) Manage problem escalation process with software and hardware principal

12) Provide documentation i.e PM report, problem reporting (RCA) and analysis report as per identified format

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
