**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Planning**: Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- **Sales Strategy**: Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, architects, and stakeholders.
- **Leadership**: Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- **Market Analysis**: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- **Marketing Coordination**: Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and enhance brand awareness.
- **Research and Analysis**: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and business growth opportunities.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- **Team Collaboration**: Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the regional team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or management roles within the metal roofing or construction industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop innovative solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Penang region.
