**Tentang Kami**:
Tokmer Global Sdn Bhd telah menjalankan perniagaan dalam industri F&B lebih daripada 3 tahun dan kini mempunyai 3 cawangan di Melaka, Malaysia di bawah jenama Tokmer Yong Tau Foo. Sepanjang tempoh operasi, mempunyai 30 orang staff dan mempunyai lebih daripada 10,000 pelanggan setia daripada Melaka dan seluruh Malaysia.
Lokasi HQ Tokmer Enterprise di Plaza Semabok, Melaka.
Kami sedang mencari seorang **Admin Account** yang cekap dan berkemahiran untuk menyertai pasukan kami. Jika anda mempunyai semangat untuk pengurusan inventori dan pembelian yang efektif, kami ingin mendengar daripada anda
**Tanggungjawab Utama**:
- Merekod transaksi jualan, perbelanjaan, dan pembelian dalam sistem SQL dengan tepat dan teratur.
- Menyusun dan mengemaskini dokumen berkaitan jualan, perbelanjaan, dan pembelian.
- Memasukkan data e-invois ke dalam sistem mengikut prosedur yang ditetapkan.
- Menjalankan rekonsiliasi antara penyata bank dan rekod akaun syarikat.
- Menyediakan dan mengemaskini _payment request._
- Membantu dalam penyediaan dokumen yang diperlukan untuk tujuan audit dan tax.
- Menyediakan dan menguruskan dokumen serta borang yang diperlukan oleh outlet.
- Menyediakan maklumat dan data yang diperlukan untuk proses perancangan dan penyediaan belanjawan syarikat.
- Melaksanakan tugas-tugas lain yang diberikan oleh Ketua Jabatan
**Keperluan**:
- Sijil/diploma dalam bidang Perakaunan atau kewangan.
- Pengalaman sekurang-kurangnya 1 tahun dalam bidang perakaunan adalah satu kelebihan.
- Mempunyai kemahiran dalam menggunakan perisian perakaunan seperti SQL, MYOB, atau AutoCount.
- Kemahiran dalam Microsoft Office
- Keupayaan untuk bekerja dengan teliti dan mengikut tarikh akhir.
- Kemahiran komunikasi yang baik dan berorientasikan perincian.
- Keupayaan untuk bekerja secara berkumpulan dan di bawah tekanan.
