As we embark on our rapid expansion, we are eagerly seeking talented individuals to join our team as **Customer Service Specialists,** providing unrivalled support to our clients.

**Position**

Customer Service Specialist (Damansara City Mall)
- Offerings and provide accurate information to customers, including product features, pricing, availability, and usage guidelines.
- Responsible for managing customer accounts, updating information and handling account-related queries or modifications.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, complaints and resolutions for future reference and analysis.

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma or above in any field.
- Preferable to have a minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Service-related areas.
- Working experience in the call centre or automotive preferred.
- A quick and willing learner that can master all details of our product and call-taking techniques.
- Customer-centric / Strong customer service mindset.

**Job Type**
- 5 days a week, rotational shift

**Salary**
- Basic RM3000
