**Key Responsibilities**:
**Inbound Calls**:

- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Actively listen to customer concerns and questions.
- Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer inquiries.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.

**Outbound Calls**:

- Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, surveys, or other purposes.
- Provide clear and concise written communication.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues to their satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
