**Job Overview**:
Kopi Saigon is looking for a Creative Director with strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset to oversee and manage all creative aspects of the brand. This role requires someone who can lead and inspire a team, develop impactful marketing campaigns, and elevate the brand’s presence in the market.

As the Creative Director, you will manage a team of designers, videographers, editors, and marketing specialists to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. You will be responsible for all creative output across digital, social media, print, and in-store branding to ensure a consistent and compelling brand identity.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Leadership & Team Management**
- Lead, mentor, and oversee the Creative, Media, Marketing, and Editorial Teams.
- Develop team capabilities, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
- Delegate tasks efficiently while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Provide creative direction, feedback, and approvals on all marketing materials and campaigns.

**2. Creative Strategy & Brand Identity**
- Define and maintain Kopi Saigon’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Develop creative marketing strategies that align with business goals.
- Oversee the production of photos, videos, graphics, and copywriting for advertisements, promotions, and social media.
- Work closely with the marketing, operations, and product development teams to create innovative branding and promotional materials.

**3. Campaign Development & Execution**
- Plan and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns, covering social media, digital ads, influencer collaborations, and offline activations.
- Develop engaging content strategies to boost brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to keep the brand ahead of the curve.

**4. Digital & Social Media Growth**
- Manage and improve Kopi Saigon’s social media presence across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
- Optimize digital marketing strategies using data-driven insights.
- Ensure all digital content aligns with the brand’s tone and messaging.

**5. Performance Analysis & Optimization**
- Track, measure, and analyze the success of creative campaigns.
- Optimize marketing strategies based on audience insights, engagement rates, and conversion data.
- Continuously refine creative processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- 4-5 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in F&B, lifestyle, or retail industries.
- Proven success in leading and managing creative teams with strong leadership skills.
- Excellent creative vision with a deep understanding of branding, storytelling, and digital marketing.
- Experience in social media marketing, content creation, and campaign development.
- Proficiency in graphic design, video editing, and creative software (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across multiple departments.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
