**Main Responsibilities**:
To assist the Head of Flour Technical Service Department on the following main job scopes:

- Provide technical services to customers on flour products' issues.
- To visit the customers' business places regularly.
- To gather and understand customers' needs and discuss it with the management, QC team / R&D and Production team.
- Provide information on market situations (includes market trend, customers' demands and preference, as well their sentiment about products and competitors.
- To attend to any complaint and supports as requested by customers or our Marketing team.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Food Technology, Food Science or equivalents from recognized institutions
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (English, Bahasa Melayu and conversant in Mandarin)
- Willing to travel (Johor, Melaka & Singapore)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
