As the Training & Development
- Assistant Manager, you will be responsible in supporting Traning Manager in developing and implementing comprehensive training programs for our restaurant staff, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain operational excellence. You will also oversee the audit process, ensuring our restaurants adhere to strict quality, safety, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
- **Training Program Development**: Create and implement comprehensive training programs for all restaurant positions, including servers, cooks, bartenders, and managers. Ensure training materials are up-to-date, engaging, and aligned with our brand standards and operational procedures.
- **Training Delivery**: Conduct training sessions and workshops for restaurant staff, utilizing various methods such as classroom instruction, on-the-job training, and e-learning. Ensure training is delivered consistently across all locations.
- **Performance Assessment**: Develop and implement assessment tools to evaluate the performance and competency of restaurant staff. Provide feedback and coaching to help employees improve their skills and meet performance standards.
- **Audit Planning and Execution**: Develop and oversee the implementation of audit plans for our restaurant locations, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, health and safety standards, and brand guidelines.
- **Audit Reporting and Follow-up**: Analyze audit findings, identify areas for improvement, and develop corrective action plans. Communicate audit results to restaurant managers and provide guidance on implementing necessary changes.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, health and safety standards, and brand compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively train and coach employees
- Willingness to travel to different restaurant locations for training and audit purposes

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
