Assist the HOD's in formulating and implementing the sales strategy for our company, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands.
- Aid in conducting market research and competitive analysis, gathering data about the Asian market, and providing feedback on market trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Assist in managing online channels to ensure their effective contribution.
- Assist in setting targets and monitor the performance of the Online team, ensuring the achievement or surpassing of goals.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth execution of the activities and plans enhancing efficiency.
- Assist in compiling and analyzing data reports for the Online team, offering insights into the trends and performance to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Marketing, Support, and Training, to ensure coordination between sales activities and overall business operations.
- Assist in the training and development of Online team members, providing support to enhance sales skills and professional competence.
- Record minutes of internal Online meetings, organize and optimize the processes, and create, maintain, and update documents.
- Simultaneously serve as HOD's translator.

**; Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Prior experience in administrative roles, executive assistance, or similar positions is highly advantageous.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently is crucial.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as the PA will be handling communication on behalf of their employer.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with the utmost sensitivity and discretion.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks and appointments are completed promptly.
- The capability to handle unexpected changes and adapt quickly to new situations.
- Being proactive and anticipating the employer's needs to provide efficient support.
- The ability to work well with others, including colleagues, clients, and partners.
- Being resourceful and capable of finding solutions to challenges as they arise.
- Willingness to work beyond regular hours or travel with the employer, if required.
- Height Requirement is 162 CM and above and can speak and write in several language (Cantonese, Mandarin, English, Malay)
