Retail Planning Operation

**1. Daily Operations Support**
- Assist the Retail Executive Team in managing daily operations and team coordination.
- Arrange schedules, meetings, and activities for the Retail Executive.
- Provide logistics support including travel arrangements, equipment, and materials.
**2. Administrative Work**
- Handle administrative tasks such as documentation, record-keeping, and correspondence.
- Maintain up-to-date records of team performance, schedules, and operational reports.
- Prepare and submit reports, presentations, and other required documents.
**3. Field Force Budget & Expenses Management**
- Track and monitor field force budgets and expenses in collaboration with the FF Budget & Expenses Executive.
- Verify and reconcile expense claims submitted by the CE Field Force Team.
- Compile and prepare expense reports for submission to the Finance Department and RHQ.
- Ensure accurate and timely tracking of all financial transactions related to the field force.
**4. Team Coordination & Support**
- Act as a liaison between the Retail Executive Team Leader and other departments.
- Provide administrative support to the Retail Executive Team to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor compliance with company policies and processes within the team.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Business Management, Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in product marketing or branding is an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills - able to liaise professionally with internal teams and other departments.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and equipped with a problem-solving mindset.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
