**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and monitor day to day retail operations of all stores by using retail compliance checklist
- Working closely with the Head of Retail on matters relating to merchandise mix, inventory levels and day to day operations matter.
- Oversee all sales and operational aspects of the Retail Division for the brand
- Coordinate retail activities with internal departments (i.e. Marketing, Admin & After Sales) to synergize the needs of all departments in achieving the brand’s objectives
- Liaise with the Branch Manager on merchandising requirements and provide them with relevant feedback for maximum selling opportunities
- Assess and prioritize all store maintenance issues working with the Branch Manager. This includes contingent, recurring and refurbish maintenance projects.
- Able to analyse ad-hoc retail operational issues and make quick judgment calls, which will support retail sales performance
- Monitoring stock levels and making key decisions about stock control
- Responding to customer complaints and comments if required
- Touring the sales floor regularly, talking to colleagues and customers, and identifying or resolving urgent issues
- Dealing with staffing issues if require
- Recommend the procurement of equipment and facilities instrumental to the performance of retail operations
- Help in the staff planning in stores
- Assist in new recruitments. Be on the lookout for new prospective staff in competitors and other stores in malls. Help in interviewing
- Ensure that proper security control is implemented in the retail boutiques and ensure mínimal shrinkages
