**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leave, personal files, performance).
- Prepare official HR documents such as offer letters, confirmation letters, memos, etc.
- Assist in recruitment process, onboarding, and employee exit procedures.
- Compile and verify payroll-related data (allowances, OT, deductions, claims).
- Handle statutory contributions: EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and income tax (PCB).
- Assist in preparing monthly HR reports and audit-related documentation.
- Support general office administration and clerical duties.
**Requirements**:
- **Diploma/Degree** in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- **Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply** training will be provided.
- **Experience using SQL Payroll / SQL HRMS system is an added advantage.**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Good communication skills in **English and Bahasa Malaysia**.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
