Mandarin Speaking Compliance Administrator at Kl

**General Summary**
The Compliance Administrator is responsible for ensuring both external customers and internal employees comply with the company’s established policies and guidelines. This involves proactive education, monitoring, mitigation, and reporting of compliance-related activities.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and standardize the compliance function across the organization.
- Monitor social media activity to ensure alignment with internal guidelines.
- Investigate and remove unauthorized product listings from online platforms.
- Plan and conduct compliance-related training sessions for internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments including Sales and Customer Service for advisory and resolution.
- Proactively identify, investigate, and follow up on compliance breaches until closure.
- Prepare regular compliance reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for senior management.
- Liaise with the head office on legal or regulatory matters when necessary.
- Design procedures, training materials, official letters, and other compliance tools.
- Conduct periodic compliance reviews on processes, documentation, and practices.
- Recommend improvement plans to elevate compliance standards within the organization.
**Requirements**:
**Experience**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance, fraud management, or legal services.
- Proficient in both Mandarin and English
**Skills**:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and solution-driven.
- Independent and proactive with strong decision-making abilities.
- Able to maintain professionalism when dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
- Adaptable to urgent or after-hours tasks and travel when necessary.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Language proficiency in Bahasa Melayu, English, and Mandarin (spoken and written).
**Education**:
- Minimum Diploma in a related field.
**Work Location: KL**
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
