**Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Social Media Growth Specialist. This is a very hands on role where you will be working closely with Andrew to grow and scale his content across all platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about social media and has a diverse skill set, including video production, content analysis, copywriting, and strategic planning. You will play a crucial role in helping us enhance our online presence and engage with our audience effectively.

**Our Company**:
Our company does Coaching in real estate and our social media content is geared towards attracting those who would benefit from our coaching services. We are opening up a new office in Kuala Lumpur to lead up our support team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:

- Develop and produce engaging video content tailored for various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Create visually appealing graphics and promotional materials that align with brand identity.
- **Scripting and Copywriting**:

- Write compelling scripts for videos that resonate with our audience and drive engagement.
- Craft engaging captions, hashtags, and calls-to-action for posts to maximize reach and interaction.
- **Content Strategy**:

- Analyze existing content performance and identify trends to optimize future posts.
- Develop a content calendar that aligns with brand goals and seasonal trends.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Schedule and publish posts across platforms, ensuring consistency in voice and branding.
- Monitor engagement and interact with followers to build a loyal community.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Use analytics tools to track performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on content performance and growth strategies.
- **Trend Analysis**:

- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Experiment with new content formats and engagement techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and video production.
- Strong copywriting skills with a creative flair.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for social media trends and audience engagement.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Understanding of SEO principles as they relate to social media.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs
