**Key Responsibilities**
- Documentation Management_
- Maintain and organize documentation, licensing and filing systems (physical and digital).
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of information with company policies and procedures.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, making sure proper documentation and observe-ups.
- Personal Assistant (PA) Duties_
- Assist with scheduling, meeting preparations, and calendar control.
- Handle confidential matters and correspondence on behalf of management.
- Coordinate journey preparations and prepare price reviews as required.
- Facility Management _
- Oversee and coordinate the preservation of office centers.
- Liaise with companies and service companies for repairs, components, and upkeep.
- Ensure compliance with fitness, taxes, licenses and protection standards within the place of work.
- General Administrative Support _
- Support each day office operations and help with advert hoc administrative tasks.
- Manage office elements stock and location orders as needed.
- Collaborate with group participants to make sure clean workflow and green approaches.
- Attending to ad hoc visiting customers (training provided)

**Key Qualifications**
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Canva, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of office equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Experience in facility management and/or PA roles is an advantage.
- Have a valid driving license

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administration: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driving License (required)
