We’re now hiring **Sales Associates** to represent our brand in retail outlets. If you're passionate about technology, customer experience, and sales—this is your moment.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Greet and assist walk-in customers on mobile plans, devices, and accessories
- Promote and upsell products such as postpaid/prepaid subscriptions, broadband, and smartphones
- Perform SIM registration, MNP (port-in), bill payments, and service support
- Troubleshoot basic device or network issues and escalate where needed
- Achieve monthly sales KPIs and ensure high customer satisfaction (NPS)
- Keep retail area clean, organized, and visually attractive
- Support product launches, promotions, and marketing events at the store

**What You’ll Need**:

- Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Experience in telco/retail/customer service is an advantage
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Passionate about tech and gadgets, with strong communication skills
- Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia & English
