**E-commerce Admin Assistant** (Based in Johor Bahru)
**Salary**: RM2,100 - RM3,500 (depending on experience)
**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
**Location**: Taman Desa Cemerlang, Johor Bahru
Are you passionate about providing great customer support and eager to grow your career in a dynamic and growing company? We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented **Admin assistant** to join our team and help promote our premium in-house brand, **GAEA - Wood Composites**.

**Responsibilities**:
- Reach out to potential customers to introduce our premium wood composite products (GAEA).
- Gather and share key customer information with the business development team.
- Assist customers with after-sales matters such as warranty and service support.
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience from start to finish.
- Keep accurate records of customer feedback and interactions.
- Support general administrative and service-related tasks when required.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or any relevant field.
- 1-2 years of related working experience preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome.
- Able to speak and write in **English and Bahasa Melayu**.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
- Willing to learn and work independently with mínimal supervision.
Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
