Shared Services Representative

Position: Shared Service Representative
Type: Contract
This role will champion process improvement in working with the Shared Services Team Leader and Manager Shared Customer Services to achieve best practices to deliver on our strategy of a convenient, seamless and consistent customer experience.
Accountabilities:
Operational Responsibility:
- Effective execution of allocated activities, services and processes within agreed service levels - this includes but is not limited to activities such as order entry, service request entry, other manual transaction processing, invoicing, conduct review on invoices posted, user acceptance testing, word processing, customer account setup and maintenance, information transactions, proactive management transactions and services, customer feedback and inquiries, troubleshooting for customers, complaint handling and project participation
- Provide support to customers (internal and external) via Team Chat, Web Form, E-mail or other channel
- Other duties as required in the operation of the SSC
Team Role (Individual contributor):
- Follow relevant quality procedures in order to deliver quality products and services and identify and support the implementation of continuous improvement. Undertake additional quality responsibilities (e.g. audit) when appropriately trained to undertake these responsibilities
- Contribute ideas on systems and process methods to improve deliverables
- Work safely, complying with all safety procedures, rules and instructions, and reporting workplace hazards, incidents or injuries to manager
Minimum requirement:
- Fresh grads can be considered.
- Some experience in Customer services or data processing will be preferred.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
- Must be detail oriented and understand invoice processing logic/accuracy.
- High degree of customer focus and task-oriented.
- Able to meet daily targeted deadline with minimum supervision.
- Experience with Oracle.
- Beginners’ computer skills in various software packages, especially Excel.
- Able to communicate effectively at different levels of the organization and across functional disciplines
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
