**Job Descriptions**:

- Able to handle recruitment of all level positions including the hiring of Foreign Workers for both permanent and outsource workers.
- Willing to travel to source country such as Indonesia, Nepal etc to hire foreign workers.
- Assist HR Manager in updating and re-drafting existing recruitment policies and agreements, documentations, etc.
- Collaborate with Labor Office, University Admission Office, NGOs, SOCSO etc in planning and implementing recruitment strategies. Participate in their recruiting events, as deemed appropriate.
- Perform administrative duties including the processing of mail, filing, photocopying, faxing, data entry, scheduling of meetings related to recruitment activities.
- Perform accrual activities to provide accurate forecast for budget spending.
- Generate and maintain accurate hiring reports not limits to tracking of headcount by departments, agents and monitoring of foreign workers attrition and absconded rate.
- Provide horizontal support to other staff members of the Recruitment/C&B/IR&ER Team if needed.
- Handle foreign workers related affairs, e.g. hostels, renewal of work permit, Fomema, etc, as and when needed.
- Conduct reference checking as deemed necessary.
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Provide support to the hiring managers throughout the recruitment process for all positions.
- Review and update job description together with the hiring managers.
- Provide periodical hiring information to management.
- Conduct orientation and new hire briefings to ensure new hires are effectively assimilated into the organization.
- To receive instruction from the HR Manager or Senior Staffing Specialist from time to time to accomplish any other recruitment tasks and other job functions as deemed necessary.

**Job Descriptions**:

- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in human resources, preferably in recruitment.
- Good knowledge of Employment Act 1955.
- Have basic computer knowledge, eg Microsoft Words, Excel & Powerpoint.
- Experience in DL hiring including foreign hiring are added advantage.
- Strong university relations & industry network will be an added advantage.
