Human Resources Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Employee Support**: Maintain employee records and answer questions about HR policies.
- **Onboarding**: Assist with new employee orientation and paperwork.
- **Compliance**: Ensure the company follows labor laws and HR policies.
- **Problem-solving**: Handle ad-hoc tasks and resolve administrative challenges efficiently.
- **Multitasking and Prioritization**: Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
- **Document Management**: Handle documentation processes, including organizing, filing, and maintaining records related to projects, permits, licenses, and correspondence.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
