**Key Responsibilities**
**Pastry & Baking Production**
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, breads, desserts, and other baked goods according to recipes and guidelines.
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of all products.
**Creativity & Innovation**
- Assist in creating new recipes and experimenting with flavors and designs.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in the pastry and baking industry.
**Quality Control**
- Monitor and ensure all baked goods meet the company’s quality standards.
- Manage portion control and minimize waste.
**Hygiene & Safety**
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and baking tools.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines (e.g., HACCP standards).
**Inventory & Supplies Management**
- Assist in managing inventory, including the storage and rotation of ingredients.
- Notify the manager about low stock levels and help with ordering supplies.
**Team Collaboration**
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Provide support to other kitchen staff as needed.
**Requirements**:
**Education & Experience**
- Diploma or certification in Pastry Arts, Baking, or Culinary Arts.
- 1-2 years of experience in a pastry or baking role (fresh graduates are also welcome to apply).
**Skills**
- Strong understanding of baking techniques and equipment.
- Creativity in presentation and flavor development.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
