About the Role

Responsible for Bancassurance Regular Premium & Single Premium business with partner banks, with effective branch portfolio management.

Job Function
- To implement business/marketing strategies and activities effectively in order to meet the target assigned e.g. Regular Premium, Single Premium.
- Co-organise and support on branch sales with min. no. of activities monthly.
- To provide training and scheduled sales coaching, such as conduct scheduled Rookie FE, FE(B) coaching session, as well monthly engagement & reinforcement with FE(UT) to ensure continuous business support and future business development.
- To provide service support to bankers.
- To contribute, assist and back up Sales Head during FEs monthly sales review meetings and briefing sessions.
- To update and discuss with sales head and team members on the performances and action plans to be implemented for the region and follow through by team members, as well briefing with FEs to update latest on products, campaigns, claims and address issues raised.
