**Responsibilities**:

- Immediate Vacancy
- Requirement- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in property development related disciplines.
- At least one year experience in Property Development/Valuation/Real Estate Management Firms
- Have knowledge in Valuation/Real Estate Management, Business Studies, Urban Studies, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

**Job Description**:
- To ensure that all building systems are functioning and in an efficient state by inspection, preventive maintenance and recording in daily checklist.

- i)Fire Protection System- To be in charge of other sections within the facilities department and work in shift schedule when required for operation.
- Lead and supervise technicians to achieve scheduled work output.
- Assist in managing and monitoring of contracted cleaners & guards.
- To process requirement on the material, spare parts, consumables essential for operation of facilities department. To do material inventory, maintain minimum stock and administer material in and out of the store room.
- To carry out any other duties as assigned by the management.
