**Full job description**

**Job Role**:

- To perform daily production of ice cream, including preparation, mixing, and churning processes.
- Handle physical tasks such as operating ice cream machines.
- Ensure consistency in product quality and taste.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the production area.
- Perform regular stock counting and update inventory records accurately.
- Monitor raw materials and inform supervisor when supplies need to be replenished.
- To standardize production menus to ensure consistent quality of product
- Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and food safety standards.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum education: SPM or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of cooking or baking is required.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks such as churning.
- Able to communicate and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Passionate about food and open to learning about ice cream production techniques.
- Honest, responsible, and committed to producing high-quality products.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle stock and inventory management tasks

Pay: starting RM1,700 per month

- SPM/Diploma
