**Main Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives that translate to revenue generation as well as to promote the attraction at Underwater World Langkawi and the tourism segment of the company.
- Working closely with the group and business unit management team, leading efforts to increase visitor numbers, churning sales leads and conversions of sales, enhancing brand visibility, and driving revenue growth through effective sales and marketing campaigns and partnerships.

**Sales and Marketing Strategy Development and Performance Management**:

- To develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to attract tourists interested in aqua marine life experiences and ancillary educational activities.
- To create and manage sales and marketing budgets and their effectiveness, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI and increase sales conversions in line with performance expectations.

**Content Creation and Digital Marketing**:

- To collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop promotional materials, including brochures, advertisements, and digital content.

**Partnership and Relationship Management**:

- To build and maintain strong relationships with related industry partners such as travel agencies (on
- and off-line), tour operators, hotels, and other tourism-related businesses to drive visitor traffic.
- To identify and pursue opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations to enhance brand visibility and attract target audiences.

**Event Coordination, Publicity and Promotional Performance**:

- To coordinate sales and promotional events, exhibitions, and other sales-quantifiable initiatives to engage with target audiences and showcase the attraction's offerings.

**Market Research and Analysis**:

- To collect and collate industry data, analyze market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape to identify insights and opportunities for growth and innovation.
- To monitor and report on the sales performance and quantification of marketing campaigns, using key metrics and appropriate tools to evaluate effectiveness and inform future strategies.

**General Areas**:

- To perform any related duties as may, from time to time, be assigned by the management / immediate functional superior.
- To provide information to functional superiors pertaining to customers / target market effectively, which may potentially affect any business conditions.
- To ensure that the image of the Company is maintained within the standards at all times.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5 years+) in marketing, preferably in attractions, travel and tourism, hotels and/or hospitality industries.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and campaigns.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with attractions, travel and tourism industry trends and customer preferences are added advantages.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month
