Responsible for overseeing the safe handling, storage, and movement of high-value graded items within the warehouse. Ensures that inventory is organized, tracked accurately, and handled with care to maintain product quality and meet the company's high standards for collectible items.**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**: Maintain accurate records of graded items, ensuring proper labeling, categorization, and storage according to the company’s organizational system.
- **Receiving and Inspection**: Receive incoming shipments, verifying item counts and quality, and report any discrepancies or damages immediately.
- **Order Fulfillment**: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch to customers, ensuring products are protected during transit.
- **Product Handling and Safety**: Follow strict handling protocols to protect items from damage, especially those of high value or rarity.
- **Quality Control**: Perform regular checks on stored items to verify that they remain in their graded condition, documenting any quality concerns for further assessment.
- **Inventory Audits**: Conduct routine inventory checks to maintain data accuracy in the warehouse management system.
- **Data Entry and Documentation**: Update and maintain digital records of inventory movements and complete necessary documentation for receiving and dispatching orders.
- **Warehouse Organization**: Ensure that the warehouse is organized, clean, and free of hazards, complying with health and safety standards.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; further education in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse environment, ideally with high-value or sensitive inventory.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail for accurate handling and inventory management.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency with warehouse management or inventory software is preferred.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively within the grading and warehouse teams.
- **Security Awareness**: Understanding of and adherence to security protocols for handling valuable items.
- **Privacy Policy**: Understand strict adherence to all privacy policies set by the company.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
