Job Responsibilities
- You shall responsible to build and maintain a good rapport with customers.
- You shall responsible to record customer interaction information, transaction etc.
- You shall responsible to maintain a positive attitude towards customer inquiries
- You shall responsible to resolve customer queries by identifying the problem, forward the issue to internal accountable staff and close the queries effectively
- You shall responsible to optimize customer satisfaction towards company’s objective in providing excellent products and services
- You shall responsible for receiving orders and servicing the company’s customers
- You shall liaise with internal and external parties for effective solutions to problem resolution.
- You shall responsible to follow up with warehouse regarding customer ‘s deliveries & to liaise with logistics departments to ensure smooth delivery
- You shall responsible to issues Performa Invoice and send soft-copy statement if customer request
- You shall assist in performing stock counting as required time framed for annual stock take
- You shall assist in maintaining all ISO related matters
- You shall follow up on customers payment collections, quotations, credit limit monitoring with Finance & Credit Control department
- You shall arrange for all related documents and / or procedures for export shipments only applicable for international section.
- You shall perform general administrative duties.
- You shall proceed orders from A&P departments
- You shall assist marketing:
a. follow up status of the customer’s orders

b. raise/ issue customer orders

c. approval before proceed any orders from Sabah & Sarawak)

d. standing orders / sample orders for new titles

e. amend/update customer orders such as cancel order, amend order quantity, special discount, delivery date/address

f. update back order list

You shall perform any ad hoc and other duties relating to the above as may be assigned by your superior from time to time.

Job Qualifications
- Diploma qualification or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Computer Literate, Communication proficiency, collaboration skills.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Fluent oral and written Bahasa Malaysia and English.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
