Marketing Executive 营销专员

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in conducting marketing research, analysis and planning.
- Assist to develop and execute content on social media platforms according to their needs and scheduling (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc).
- Implement agreed Marketing Communication Plan and Content outreach within deadline.
- Have a sharp eye and is able to ensure that all content, be it written or design, represents the clients’ and company’s branding professionally.
- Coordinate with other departments and external parties to compile relevant information and materials related to marketing.
- Responsible for regular reporting on performance of all marketing activities to management levels.
- Research and conduct presentations on new channels, partnerships, and generate new business opportunities.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Social Media Tools (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good presentation skills are required as marketing executive will be required to meet with clients periodically.
- Creativity, a keen eye for design and basic copywriting skills is a bonus.
- Knowledge in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, Social Media Ads, eDM) is a plus point.
- Possesses and constantly keeps updated with knowledge on social media, online technologies, industry trends and tools.
- Positive working attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Independent and responsible, able to communicate effectively with team and clients.
- Must be proactive in meeting deadlines, following up with relevant parties, managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering high quality work on time.

- 良好的英语和普通话口头和书面沟通能力。由于营销主管需要定期与客户会面，因此需要良好的演讲技巧。
- 创造力、敏锐的设计眼光和基础的中英文文案技巧是加分项。
- 数字营销知识（SEO、SEM、社交媒体广告、eDM）是一个加分点。
- 拥有并不断更新有关社交媒体、在线技术、行业趋势和工具的知识。
- 积极的工作态度以及学习和适应的意愿。
- 优秀的人际交往和组织能力。
- 独立负责，能够与团队和客户进行有效沟通。
- 必须在截止日期前积极主动，与相关方跟进，同时管理多个项目并按时交付高质量的工作。
