**Requirements**
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of clerical or administrative experience preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Proffered Mandarin speaker)
- Attention to detail, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Reliable, proactive, and willing to learn.
**Responsibility**
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, faxing, and filing documents.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems (hardcopy and digital).
- Prepare simple reports, letters, and other documentation as assigned.
- Assist in data entry, updating employee/transaction records, and other office information.
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure office supplies are properly maintained and requisitioned when necessary.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
