**Key Responsibilities**
- Translate customer test needs into instrument specs and configurations.
- Support sales team on pre-sales with product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept testing.
- Commission instruments on site, create test recipes, SCPI/driver scripts, and example code (Python/LabVIEW/Matlab/C#/C++).
- Troubleshoot measurement issues, perform root-cause analysis and corrective actions; escalate bugs to principal.
- Provide technical advice/solution and support to achieve better quality, productivity and cost objectives.
- Build automated test sequences, data logging, and report generation.
- Conduct training sessions and develop technical documents, including manuals, troubleshooting guides, and FAQs.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Have experience in using test instrument from Keysight, Tektronix.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
