We is looking for a creative and independent Pastry Chef with a knack for creativity and passion for dessert and thrives under pressure.
- Have the basis of pastry production
- Proficient in Plated Dessert, Petite Four & chocolate preferred Dessert
- At least 2to 5 years of relevance experience
- At least 1 to 2 year Chef de partie / demi / commis chef
**Responsibilities**:
- Work hand in hand with the Head Chef to plan new menu and develop seasonal offerings.
- Create and maintain a high standard of baking for all products and ensure that presentation is always top-notch.
- Manage purchasing in a cost-efficient and timely manner.
- Maintain the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
