**Job Description**:

- The role:
To be responsible for the company’s billing functions and to liase with Operations team to create invoices and / or credit notes in SAP system to send to customers for collection purposes.

As a Accounts Executive, you will:

- Provide monthly update on billing status for all customers to accountant and provide monthly revenue accruals for all customers to accountant.
- Invoicing tracking to ensure billing is accurate, maintain excel templates for SAP upload and generating invoices in SAP and Cargowise systems.
- Follow up on all possible queries from customers and assist with internal & external audits.
- Work within the agreed Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement and undertake other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the reporting team leader/ manager.

**Qualifications**:

- About you:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Minimum with Diploma/Degree in Accounts or Finance background.
- With SAP and Cargowise experience - Billing functions.
- Preferably with 2 years billing experience.
- Familiarity with MS Office, MS Excel, MS Teams and Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
- With several understanding of Finance Activity and basic accounting understanding of AR module.
- Attention to details and accuracy and problem solving skills set.
