**Job Description**:
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer - Account Payable to join our Centre of Excellence (CoE), in Penang, Malaysia.
Share your insights, supporting others. Solve and resolve. Grow our team’s success and your own.
As a Customer Service Officer - Account Payable, you will:
- Process invoice timely and accurately to meet KPI
- Handle Invoice Processing for multiple Countries - cross trained and manage different country accesses
- Detail Oriented with good time management skill
- Drive process improvement initiative on Invoice Processing Process and Issues
- Ensure the AP transactions are correctly and timely recorded in the accounting system which includes receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling of invoices/claims.
- Invoice processing (Supplier submit invoice, upon receiving said invoice, accounts payable will verify the invoice is valid and not a duplicate

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Prior experience in cash flow management is an advantage.
- Must have strong payment skillset.
- Fresh graduates encourage to apply.
- Required someone who can understand, read, speak, and write in Mandarin.
- Added advantage, will be familiar with excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot Table).
