Job Description
**The role**:
As a Customer Service Officer (Import), you will:
- Enter data according to the Standard Operating Procedure
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
- Create Quick Bookings using the Cargo Wise system
- Keep sensitive customer or company information confidential
Qualifications
**About you**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to work well with customers and stakeholders at all levels
- To work with others in a collaborative team environment as well as independently
- Proven data entry work experience.
