**The role**:
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer (Export) to join our Centre of Excellence (CoE), in Penang, Malaysia.

Share your insights, supporting others. Solve and resolve. Grow our team’s success and your own.

As a Customer Service Officer (Export), you will:

- Enter data according to the Export Standard Operating Procedure.
- Create Quick Booking according to the Booking confirmation in Cargo Wise system.
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
- Check completed work for accuracy.
- Explore process improvement through Continuous Improvement initiative.

**Qualifications**:
**About you**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Export Experience in Freight Forwarding.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to work well with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
- To work with others in a collaborative team environment as well as independently.
- Proven data entry work experience.
