You will play a key role in providing outstanding service and support to our valued members. Your responsibilities will include: **Key Responsibilities**: - Possess in-depth knowledge to answer member questions promptly and accurately. - Resolve member complaints and issues by assessing problems and finding solutions to ensure satisfaction. - Adherence to company policies and industry regulations, including data privacy, scripted guidelines, and professionalism. - Collaborate with other team members to solve complex issues, share information, and mentor peers/juniors. - Essential to adapt to diverse member personalities and able to handle various situations to ensure a seamless customer experience. **Skills Required**: - Excellent proficiency in English language is a MUST. - Ability to handle high-stress situations with patience and professionalism. - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. - High customer service mindset. **Requirements**: - Preferred with < 1 year experience in Call Centre/Contact Centre environment. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Being a multilingual speaker is advantageous. - Team player who can work together with a big team. - Versatile and adaptive. - Medical and/or health insurance knowledge is an advantage. **Job Type**: Contract Contract length: 6 months Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Schedule: - Rotational shift **Experience**: - Customer service: 1 year (preferred) **Language**: - Mandarin (preferred)
