Working arrangement:
On-site role based in Bayan Lepas, Penang.

Regular working hours:
7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

At Toll Group, we move businesses that move the world. We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a
Customer Support Officer (Customs Focus).
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow their career in logistics, data management, and customer service — whether you are a fresh graduate eager to learn or have up to a year of experience.

What You Will Be Doing

• Ensuring accurate data entry of runsheet information to keep operations running smoothly.
• Providing customer support and responding to queries via email in a professional manner.
• Escalating issues to the onshore team according to SOPs.
• Maintaining records, filing, and database updates with confidentiality.
• Collaborating with your team to identify opportunities for process improvement.

What We Are Looking For

• 1 year of experience in customer support role is preferred but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong attention to detail with accurate typing and data entry skills.
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of recordkeeping or database systems.
• Flexible to occasionally supporting overtime or Malaysia public holiday coverage when required.
