Customer Support Officer (Customs Focus).
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow their career in logistics, data management, and customer service — whether you are a fresh graduate eager to learn or have up to a year of experience.
What You Will Be Doing
- Ensuring accurate data entry of runsheet information to keep operations running smoothly.
- Providing customer support and responding to queries via email in a professional manner.
- Escalating issues to the onshore team according to SOPs.
- Maintaining records, filing, and database updates with confidentiality.
- Collaborating with your team to identify opportunities for process improvement.
What We Are Looking For
- 1 year of experience in customer support role is preferred but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong attention to detail with accurate typing and data entry skills.
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of recordkeeping or database systems.
- Flexible to occasionally supporting overtime or Malaysia public holiday coverage when required.
