Customer Service Representative

Customer Service (CSR) Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to manage all communication with distributors (Distis) and customers.
- Serve as the main contact point for Distis and Sales on all operational matters.
- Handle standard order management, including order updates, pull-ins, push-outs, cancellations, and billing-related coordination.
- Support RMA processes, including follow-up on FA reports and customer requests.
- Track free-of-charge samples, support customer questionnaires, and assist with EHS/technical documentation.
- Review account booking, backlog, and billing status together with Sales.
Talent Acquisition (TA) Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for operator, technician, and executive-level roles.
- Source candidates through social media, job portals, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Screen applicants to ensure they meet hiring requirements (basic info, qualifications, experience, languages, etc.).
- Coordinate interview sessions, shortlist candidates, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-up and updates.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing posts.
