Primary Responsibilities
- Enter data according to Standard Operating Procedure and KPI setup.
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
- Record information into CargoWise system
- Check completed work for accuracy, attention to details and accuracy.
- Proactively communicate with customer via email
- Keeping sensitive customer or company information confidential
- Explore process improvement through Continuous Improvement initiative
Knowledge / Experience / Technical Skills Required:
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Basic understanding or exposure to freight forwarding operations will be an advantage.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
- A proactive team player who is eager to learn and contribute to team goals.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
- The role requires to work on a weekday–weekend rotation, with weekend duty scheduled every four weeks - subject to any changes that will be communicated
