Kami sedang mencari **Customer Service Representative** yang bersemangat dan berorientasikan pelanggan untuk menyertai pasukan kami di SF Global Express (M) Sdn Bhd. Anda akan menjadi orang utama dalam memastikan setiap pelanggan mendapat pengalaman yang positif dan responsif daripada syarikat kami.
**Tanggungjawab Utama**:
- Menjawab pertanyaan pelanggan melalui telefon, emel atau mesej dengan pantas dan profesional.
- Memberikan maklumat produk/perkhidmatan dan membantu dalam proses pesanan serta menyelesaikan masalah.
- Menyelesaikan aduan pelanggan dengan cara yang berkesan dan mesra.
- Merekod dan mengemas kini semua interaksi dan transaksi pelanggan dalam sistem CRM.
- Bekerjasama dengan jabatan lain untuk menyelesaikan isu yang lebih kompleks.
- Mengikuti perkembangan produk dan polisi syarikat terkini.
- Membuat susulan untuk memastikan pelanggan berpuas hati sepenuhnya.
**Kelayakan**:
- Kemahiran komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik.
- Mempunyai kebolehan menyelesaikan masalah dengan cekap.
- Mampu mengendalikan situasi tekanan dengan tenang dan profesional.
- Sikap mesra pelanggan dan komited terhadap perkhidmatan yang cemerlang.
- Pengalaman dalam bidang khidmat pelanggan adalah satu kelebihan.
- Mahir asas komputer dan penggunaan sistem CRM.
Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift
- Weekend jobs
